January through October our turnaround time is typically two to three weeks depending on your location. Because each print is hand-made, the process is more time-consuming than usual. Orders placed in November and December may experience an additional one to two-week delay due to holiday shipping constraints. 

All prints sold by Jovian come with a lifetime guarantee - good for the life of the original purchaser. Some restrictions apply. For instance, damages caused by improper handling, storage, or treatment after delivery void the warranty.

I accept all major credit cards, through PayPal, I will issue you a PayPal invoice once I receive your order which will give you a pay link. If you prefer, you can send a personal check or money order. Ask for a postal address when you place your order. Work on your order will not start until your payment has cleared.

I use a state-of-the-art sublimation printing technique. The sublimation print applies your photo to fabric with crisp detail and brilliant color. The dye sublimation process vaporizes the inks into the material for exact color rendering with sharp contours. First your photo is reversed and printed onto transfer paper using fine art inkjet pigments. This is then vaporized into the fabric using heat and pressure. The resulting image will not crack at the edges, and is resistant to small splashes of water. This process guarantees brilliant colors and crisp detail.

Frames are not required. You can indeed frame one of my art prints but it is not necessary. The canvas prints can be hund directly on two nails or screws drilled directly into your wall. This will in-turn, support the stretcher frame. You can also stand the stretched canvas print on a gallery shelf.

I use only high-quality materials, expertly put together by hand. There will be no need to adjust or tighten it later – the reinforced corners prevent distortion.
